These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application iKnow (“App”), owned and operated by iKnow Edutech (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Eligibility & Parental Consent
The App is primarily designed for students.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the App only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must accept these Terms on your behalf.
By allowing a minor to use the App, the parent/guardian consents to the minor’s use and accepts responsibility for their activities on the App.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, educational, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App.
You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
3. Accounts & Security
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Subscription fees are displayed within the App and are subject to change.

No refunds will be provided for any subscription fees paid, except as required by applicable law.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes (including GST).
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All educational material, videos, text, graphics, software, and other content made available on the App are the exclusive property of iKnow Edutech or its licensors.
You are granted a limited right to access and use this content solely for personal learning purposes.
You may not copy, share, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the App.
The iKnow name and logo are trademarks of iKnow Edutech. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
We value your privacy. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this section.
Information Collected: We may collect personal details such as name, email, phone number, age, and payment information (when you subscribe). We also collect non-personal data such as device type, app usage statistics, and performance logs.
Purpose of Use:
- To provide, maintain, and improve our educational services.
- To personalize learning content and track progress.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To communicate updates, reminders, or support messages.
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Data Sharing: We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared only with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment gateways or cloud storage partners) for the purpose of operating the App.
Children’s Data: For users under 18, parental consent is required before account creation. We take special precautions to safeguard minors’ data.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iKnow Edutech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iKnow Edutech, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms, or
- Your misuse of the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App and access content immediately ceases. Subscription fees will not be refunded.
12. Updates to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App with a revised “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
