1. No Refund Policy
All purchases and subscriptions made through the iKnow app are non-refundable.
Once payment is successfully processed, the fee cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstance.
We encourage users and parents to review all subscription details carefully before making a payment.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases, we may consider refund requests only after internal due diligence and verification, such as:
- Duplicate payment charged by mistake
- Technical failure resulting in non-delivery of the subscribed service
- Accidental multiple subscriptions due to app error
To request a review, you must:
- Email customerservice.iknow@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, and
- Provide proof of payment, transaction ID, and full account details.
After verifying the request, our support team may issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.
All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3. No Obligation for Refund
Please note that approval of a refund request is not guaranteed and remains entirely at the discretion of iKnow Edutech after due investigation.
Decisions made by our team regarding refunds will be considered final and binding.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your active subscription at any time from your app store account settings.
However, cancelling your subscription will not result in a refund of any unused period.
